How did we do?

Please take a moment to complete the survey below and tell us how we did. This is the only way for Movers of Houston to improve our customer service and staff as well as our company in order to serve our customers to the best of our ability.

Your experience matters to us. Whether your move went perfectly or there's something we can do better, we want to hear about it. Every piece of feedback is reviewed by our management team and used to improve training, scheduling, and communication. Movers of Houston is committed to providing the best moving experience in Houston — and your honest review helps us keep that promise.

Every Submission Gets Read

This isn't a form that disappears into a folder. Feedback comes straight to management and gets reviewed with the crews. When a customer tells us a move went great, the crew hears about it. When something didn't go right, we look at exactly what happened — scheduling, packing, the truck, the bill — and we fix the process, not just the one move.

That loop is a big part of why our Google rating sits where it does. We don't get to 4.7 stars across hundreds of reviews by assuming we're doing fine. We get there by asking every customer, listening to the answers, and adjusting.

Had a Great Move?

If your crew earned it, the best place to say so is a public Google review — it helps other Houston families find us, and it's the recognition our movers value most. The "Leave Us a Google Review" button above takes you straight there. Feel free to name your movers; customers do it all the time, and it makes their week:

"Robert, Victory and Charles did our move today from a 3rd floor apartment to a 2nd floor apartment — hard workers, great attitudes." — K., Google review

Something Not Right?

Tell us here first — that's what this page is for. Use the survey below or call us directly at (281) 377-4177 and ask for a manager. A problem we know about is a problem we can fix, and we'd always rather make it right than find out about it three weeks later. Billing questions, a scratched wall, a crew that ran late — whatever it is, say it plainly and we'll deal with it plainly.

Moving is stressful even when it goes perfectly. Thank you for taking two minutes to help us make it less stressful for the next family.
